ACADEMIC YEAR RESIDENTS
Below we’ll explain the steps to follow to complete your admission application.
Students can be national and international residents who study in any of the faculties, university centres or higher degree programmes, as well as postgraduate students (Masters, PhD students, MIR, FIR, civil servant exams, etc.).
1. Application form
Complete and send the application form. and we’ll get in touch with you.
The Residence Management will respond to your admission application and send you the Contract, Regulations, and Financial Conditions.
They may also suggest various dates on which you can attend a personal interview.
2. Reservation of a place
Your place will be considered confirmed if:
The available places will be assigned according to the date on which the Deposit was paid and the type of room requested. If there is more demand than places available, a waiting list will be drawn up by order of application.
If all these formalities are not completed, it will be understood that the interested party has rejected the place and it will be offered to another candidate.
3. Admission to the Residence
Once assigned the place, we’ll confirm the Reservation and your start date. We’ll send you useful information for your stay at the Residence.
Due to the complete renovation of the residence and its reopening, we are offering some special financial conditions:
The Reservation Deposit is intended to cover the costs of managing and processing the reservation and to guarantee a mutual commitment. Residents who are renewing their place are exempt from this payment.
The Guarantee Deposit is intended to cover the expenditure for repairs due to possible damage to the facilities or materials, and to cover the resident’s obligations. The Guarantee Deposit can under no circumstances be deducted from the payment of the final instalment. This Deposit will be returned during the three months following the end of the contract, once the facilities have been inspected for damage. This Deposit will be retained for residents who renew their place.
Students who were not admitted to their course and/or have a justified reason in the opinion of the Management will be entitled to the return of their Reservation Deposit and Guarantee Deposit. This will take place after the admission process has ended.
